Video shows ICE agents shoving journalists to the ground Tuesday at 26 Federal Plaza, an immigration facility in Manhattan, with one journalist ending up hospitalized.

The city council says the journalists were documenting the ongoing arrests of individuals who had come to their scheduled immigration court proceedings. It comes just days after viral video of a separate incident at the same facility showed a woman being pushed to the floor by an ICE officer.

Dean Moses, Police Bureau Chief and photojournalist for amNewYork, was part of the incident and joined "The Rush Hour" on Wednesday to talk about his experience.
