GALESBURG, Ill. (WMBD) -- A Galesburg woman was arrested after a search discovered alleged evidence of drug trafficking.

Amanda D. Temple, 42, was taken into custody and has been charged with drug and firearm offenses, said Knox County Sheriff Jack Harlan Jr.

On Tuesday, Sept. 30, the Knox County Sheriff's Office executed a court-authorized search warrant at a home at 346 E. 5th Street in Galesburg.

Sheriff Harlan said during the search, deputies found significant evidence of narcotics trafficking, including: • Over 900 grams of suspected methamphetamine • Firearm and ammunition • Digital scales and packaging materials • 11 preloaded syringes with suspected meth • Prescription pills and psilocybin mushrooms • U.S. currency
