WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - A 27-year-old Wichita man faces charges that include cruelty to animals and criminal sodomy; between a person and an animal, for a crime that a local rescue group describes as “disgustingly shocking.”
Court records show that the man, Jacob Garrett Wilson is in the Sedgwick County Jail, held on a $100,000 bond following his arrest on Aug. 28. A preliminary hearing in Wilson’s case is set for later this month.
