Foster Moreau chose two words to describe what it felt like returning to the practice field with his New Orleans Saints teammates this week.

“Deeply cathartic,” he said.

It has been a long road back from a torn ACL that ended Moreau’s 2024 season in the fourth quarter of a game with zero postseason implications.
