LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - A Louisville man is the fourth suspect to be arrested in connection with a Shelbyville murder that took place in August.

According to a Facebook post by the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office, 24-year-old Levi Jones was taken into custody in Nashville on Tuesday, September 30.

Jones is being charged with murder in the case of 58-year-old Tim Ethington , and is the fourth arrest made in the investigation.

On September 8 , 23-year-old Jeremiah James, 21-year-old Madison Greenwell and 21-year-old Rodney Isgrigg Jr. were also charged for their involvement in the shooting.

Jeremiah James, 23, of Louisville; Madison Greenwell, 21, of Shelbyville; and Rodney Isgrigg Jr., 21, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, have each been charged with murder. (WAVE)
