Two people are suing the Rose Bowl Stadium following an attack that happened during a Rüfüs Du Sol show over the summer, it was announced Wednesday.

Video of the attack shows a man punching people in the crowd during the Aug. 16 concert. The man in the video was later identified as Hawthorne resident Julio Cesar Lopez Zavala, who was arrested then released on his own recognizance after a judge ruled he was not a threat to the public.

Andrew Talebi, an attorney for the couple suing, said they are still recovering from injuries they sustained. He said his client, Shelby Lynn Elston, suffered bruises, scrapes and black eyes during the assault.
