PEORIA ( 25News Now ) - Paint buildup at a painting company in Peoria caused a fire on Wednesday afternoon.

Pro Edge Inc. on Plank Road caught fire just before 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday. The Limestone Fire Department reports that oil-based paint buildup caused a fire after a chemical reaction in the paint booth.

Five nearby fire departments assisted with putting out the fire in 10 minutes.

The Limestone Fire Department reports that there were no injuries, but the building sustained $15,000 in damage.
