PENSACOLA, Fla. (WKRG) — The Florida Department of Government Efficiency has released its findings regarding alleged waste and fraud in the state.

According to a Facebook post from Gov. Ron DeSantis, teams with DOGE have been conducting audits since July in order to identify potential waste, fraud, and abuse.

In Pensacola, the following has been identified as "reckless spending and woke initiatives:" • $150,000 a year to a management company that brings drag shows to the city's Seanger Theater • $300,000 for an equity-focused strategic plan and residential "equity survey"
