JACKSON, Mo. (KFVS) - While Cape Central is seen as Jackson’s archrival on the football field, none of that is affecting how the Indians prepare for Friday’s game.

From speaking to Jackson’s players, it’s obvious how they feel about this matchup.

“It’s just another game in my opinion,” senior quarterback Drew Parsons said. “We’re just going out there competing with one another and trusting one another.”

Fellow senior and Iowa State commit Brysen Wessell agreed, “It hasn’t been really different than any other week. Every week’s kind of looked the same.”

Junior Blayne Reagan adding, “Being just 15 minutes away from them, I feel like it’s a rivalry. But for us it’s just another game and we’re prepared and we’re ready to play.”
