Emergency services are currently on the scene at a Teesside street amid unconfirmed reports of an assault. Photos show several police vehicles and an ambulance at Ryde Road in Stockton's Roseworth area on Thursday morning.

A resident on the scene said they had heard that a number of people had pulled up in a vehicle, got out and attacked another person with a machete, although the nature of the incident has not been confirmed.
