Well folks, it looks like we're in for another stretch of comfortably warm weather as we head through the weekend. We've been seeing temperatures running a bit above average lately, and that trend is certainly set to continue. Expect plenty of sunshine mixed with some clouds, especially on Friday, with just a slight chance for an isolated afternoon shower. Those warm conditions will persist right through Sunday, with highs generally in the mid-to-upper 80s, feeling very pleasant with light winds. While a sprinkle can't be entirely ruled out today, we are predicting mostly dry conditions for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

However, our weather pattern is poised to shift as we move into next week. By Monday and Tuesday, we'll start to see an increase in moisture returning from the southwest,
