YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) - A Youngstown man serving a federal prison sentence on a firearms charge faces more charges after an indictment was unsealed Wednesday in federal court.

Archie Lee Stanford, 39, is charged in the U.S. Northern District Court of Ohio with being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug crime, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine.

Stanford is expected to be arraigned Oct. 8 before U.S. Judge Donald C. Nugent. He is presently in a federal prison in Bruceton Mills, West Virginia on a probation violation for a charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm.
