WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) - A Warren man received his sentence Thursday for a break-in and assault last year that sent a man to the hospital.
Michael A. Noble, 19, was sentenced to an indefinite 2- to 3-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to a second-degree felonious assault and third-degree burglary felonies, according to a news release from the Trumbull County Prosecutor's Office.
The case involved a break-in on Nov. 25, 2024, at a Cherry Avenue home in Niles, where a man was assaulted and had to be hospitalized.
Evidence showed there was a dispute among the parties over a TikTok video, and Noble told the judge he was defending his mother in the incident, according to the news release.
