Former Coronation Street star Sue Cleaver, who famously portrayed Eileen Grimshaw on the ITV soap for a quarter of a century, has disclosed that she's currently residing in a caravan, just four months after her departure from the show. ‌

In a video filmed from her motorhome and shared on Instagram today (October 2) Sue revealed that she's been living in her caravan while working away. "Somebody asked me at the theatre last night, 'Oh were do you stay when you're... are you in a hotel?'." she recounted in the clip. ‌

"Well, a lot of actors stay in hotels. They stay in digs, Airbnbs, or in rooms and people's houses. I'm a bit old for that now," she elaborated. Sue expressed her preference for having her personal belongings with her wherever she goes. ‌
