Coronation Street ’s Sally Ann Matthews has confirmed her next TV role following her soap exit. ‌

Sally was just a teenager when she joined the long-running ITV soap way back in 1986, as Jenny Bradley, now Connor. She portrayed Jenny until 1991 and made a brief comeback in 1993, before returning full-time in 2015. ‌

And over the years, Jenny has been involved in some big storylines. From her failed relationships to shock baby kidnap, her time in Weatherfield was not short of drama. ‌
