COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - The City of Colorado Springs Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department will host its final Motorless Morning event of the season.

City officials said the event eliminates motor vehicle access within the Garden of the Gods Park from 5 a.m. to noon. on Sunday.

The park will remain free and open to the public during the event.

During Motorless Morning, park rules and regulations, including speed limits, apply; however, the city says skateboards and longboards are welcome on park roads. There will also be designated slow zones and one-way traffic.

Officials encourage pedestrians to walk on the right side of the road, leaving the left side open for cyclists and passing.

Visitors can park their vehicles at the Garden of the Gods Visitor and Nature C
