YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) -- U.S. Marshals took a Campbell man into custody Wednesday on a warrant from Youngstown police for a patient abuse charge.

Marc Berry, 56, is expected to be arraigned Friday via video hookup in municipal court on the charge, which is a third-degree felony.

Berry is charged with a Sept. 16 incident at a 2958 Canfield Road patient care facility where a patient in a wheelchair was injured.

Police were initially called to the facility for a fight between a patient and a staff member, reports said, and when they arrived, the patient told police he was in an argument with Berry when Berry punched him in the side and neck and then "jumped on top" of him and kept hitting him.
