HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) - Kentucky State Police is asking for the public's help in finding a local man on failure to comply with a sex offender registration.

Authorities state Richard D. Jackson III has a last known address in Owensboro.

KSP says anyone with any information on Jackson's location is urged to contact KSP Post 16 at 270-826-3312.
