LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Police Department is warning students after an incident involving a man who displayed stalking behavior toward a student on City Campus.

UNLPD said an officer spotted a suspicious person near a residence hall early Wednesday morning. The officer made contact with the individual inside the building and determined he was not affiliated with the university. According to police, the man’s behavior toward a UNL student met the criteria for stalking under the federal Clery Act.

Police described him as a medium-complected man in his mid-30s, bald, with no facial hair. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, dark pants and glasses.
