LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - A 19-year-old man was arrested Wednesday after he was accused of sexually assaulting two 13-year-old girls over the summer, according to Lincoln Police.

On July 28, a 13-year-old girl was interviewed by investigators after an anonymous caller reported her having a relationship with a 19-year-old man to the DHHS hotline, court documents show.

The victim disclosed that she became acquainted with Dylan Ems through social media and later met in person multiple times at her home where Ems subjected her to multiple sexual assaults, officers said.

According to the arrest affidavit, the girl told Ems she was 13 early on, and Ems expressed concern of getting into trouble due to their sexual contact.
