CINCINNATI (WXIX) - The founder of a local nonprofit organization who announced her bid for Congress in early September released a statement Thursday following her arrest over the weekend.
Co-founder and CEO of Rosemary’s Babies and congressional candidate , Rosemary Oglesby-Henry, who announced her bid in early September, was arrested Sunday and charged with aggravated menacing, a misdemeanor.
In her statement, she alleged that Kevin Farmer, a Republican running for Cincinnati City Council , manipulated law enforcement to file false charges against her.
“While Mr. Farmer remains squatting in my home today, he used law enforcement to bring a false case against me and had me jailed without cause,” she said. “He is an abuser, and I will n
