(Gray News) - Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents will be in attendance at the 2026 Super Bowl, according to Homeland Security advisor Corey Lewandowski.

He made the comments on Benny Johnson’s “ The Benny Show ."

Lewandowski said, “There is nowhere you can provide safe haven to people who are in this country illegally, not the Super Bowl and nowhere else.”

He has also said the NFL’s choice to have Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny headline the Super Bowl Halftime Show is “shameful.”

Bad Bunny’s Halftime Show performance announcement comes as he skipped the U.S. in his Debí Tirar Más Fotos World Tour out of concern that ICE raids would happen at his shows.

Puerto Ricans are American citizens and have been since 1917.
