LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Mayor Craig Greenberg announced that the city is asking for public input on its proposed Community Electric Vehicle Readiness Plan to help adapt to an increase in electric vehicle ownership across Jefferson County.

The first step is releasing this plan and then there will be community meetings and online surveys to ensure the final plan reflects community priorities and needs.

“Louisville continues to innovate, set ambitious goals, and lead with purpose,” said Mayor Greenberg. “This plan is about building a city that works better for everyone. A city where clean air, smart infrastructure, and economic opportunity go hand in hand. We’ve had meaningful conversations with the public and we invite everyone to stay involved and help guide the next steps.”
