A Dearborn man accused of stalking an officer and failing to obey a police command is set to appear in court later this month, according to records.
Adam Ali Hamade, 25, was arrested on Sept. 18, Dearborn police officials said.
They said he was arrested in connection with multiple incidents that happened over the month during which Hamade allegedly found a city officer who was performing his duties and hurled obscenities at the man and verbally threatened him.
Officials said the officer first encountered the defendant earlier in the month during a traffic stop. Media reports said police stopped him for loud exhaust while Hamade was driving a red Lamborghini.
They allege Hamade became increasingly uncooperative in the meeting. Police also said he failed to produce a driver's license aft
