A trail derailment involving a freight train prompted an investigation in the City of Industry, officials confirmed Thursday.
The train’s four rail cars came off the tracks at 7 a.m. in the rail yard within Union Pacific property, the transport company said in a statement.

The train was carrying cargo boxes that are often seen on semi trucks.
Images from Newschopper 4 showed at least one rail car had a UPS logo on it.
“The incident occurred near 17225 Arenth Ave. Cleanup is underway, and the incident is under investigation,” the company explained.
No one was injured during the incident.
The company did not say what caused the derailment.
