SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) - The Springfield Police Department issued an Endangered SILVER Advisory for a man reported missing.

Danny Lee Smoot, 65, disappeared around the 600 block of West Madison Street around 8 a.m. on September 30. He left the residence on foot without his medication.

Police say he has early-onset dementia and other medical conditions.
