RALEIGH, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- As western North Carolina passes the one-year mark after Hurricane Helene, the Governor’s Recovery Office for Western North Carolina is highlighting behavioral health resources available to survivors in western North Carolina.

“This one-year milestone can stir up many emotions as folks grapple with the toll that the storm and its aftermath have taken on them,” said Matt Calabria, Director of GROW NC. “But help is available.
