PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) -- A man has been sentenced for shooting a gun at a Central Peoria apartment complex in March that left one person with a gunshot wound.

A Peoria County judge sentenced Andrew Webster, 26, to 13 years in prison for the Saturday, March 29, shooting at the Lexington Hills Apartments.

At 12:25 a.m. that day, officers with the Peoria Police Department were called to the 3400 block of West Fallen Oak Lane, located in the Lexington Hills apartment complex, to a report that someone had been shot, the prosecutor said in open court.

After reviewing footage, prosecutors said officers saw two men who were firing shots, as well as another person who was seen with the two men. One of these bullets struck a man lying in bed in a nearby apartment where he, his girlfriend and two ch
