MERIDEN, CT. (WFSB) - The Little Rendezvous, one of Connecticut’s most popular pizza shops, has raised its prices for the first time in years as rising costs continue to squeeze restaurant owners across the state.
Despite drawing customers at a steady rate and maintaining wait times that can stretch to four and a half hours on weekends, owner Steven Chehotsky said he had no choice but to increase prices as operational costs continue to climb.
“I don’t think there’s an aspect of the business that hasn’t gone up,” he said. “If you look over the years, the line is just going up and up.”
