The candidate names pitched by the mystery caller included current Mayor Frank Scott Jr. , City Director B.J. Wyrick , City Director Virgil Miller , attorney and Arkansas Times columnist Baker Kurrus , Catholic High’s Steve Straessle and state legislator Clarke Tucker .
