A neighbour has spoken of the moment dozens of armed cops swooped on a house where it is claimed the Manchester synagogue attacker Jihad Al-Shamie lived.
Officers descended on Langley Crescent - a tiny residential street in Prestwich this evening (Thursday, October 2) - just hours after the fatal attack in which two innocent men were killed and three seriously injured.
Counter terror police have tonight confirmed that they believe the person responsible to be 35 year-old Al-Shamie, a British citizen of Syrian descent.
