VIRGINIA, Minn. (Northern News Now) - A new public safety building has been a long time coming for the city of Virginia.
“Behind me, behind all of us, is the people’s building. This is your building,” said Virginia’s Mayor Larry Cuffe, who led a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new Virginia Public Safety Building.
