This is the first image of one of the two victims killed in the terror attack on a Crumpsall synagogue during Yom Kippur.

Melvin Cravitz, 66, was one of two men killed by an attacker, named last night as Jihad Al-Shami e, outside the Heaton Park Hebrew Congregation synagogue yesterday morning (October 2).

Members of north Manchester's Jewish community had gathered to mark the holiest day in the calendar when the horror unfolded.

Mr Cravitz died along with Adrian Daulby, 53. Both men were from Crumpsall.

Three other people were seriously injured, while Al-Shamie was shot dead by armed police.
