Andy Murray has once again demonstrated his sporting prowess extends beyond the tennis court, with an impressive debut at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship's opening day.

The 38 year old, a two-time Wimbledon champion during his tennis career, has traded his racket for golf clubs since retiring after the Paris Olympics last year.

With the same determination that earned him two Olympic gold medals and a top spot in the world rankings, Murray is keen to reduce his handicap to scratch and even harbours aspirations of qualifying for the Open in a few years' time.
