– Pandora ‘s CMO Berta de Pablos-Barbier is stepping into the CEO seat . The former LVMH exec will replace outgoing boss Alexander Lacik, who is stepping down in 2026.

– Another example of a marketer taking the top seat: ex- Ruggable CMO Jenna Habayeb has joined kids and family clothing brand Posh Peanut as president. “This new chapter is especially meaningful because it blends everything I love: fashion, brand building, customer connection, and scaling a business with heart,” she wrote on LinkedIn .
