Lots of sunshine, breezy and warm Friday.
More wind and a few storms Saturday.
Cooler into early next week.
FRIDAY: Mostly sunny and warm today! Colorado Springs will get very close to the daily record high, 87º in 1935. The eastern Plains and Pueblo will be baking too in the 90s. Winds will be a bit breezy, gusting up to 30 mph. Fire danger could be elevated as a result.
SATURDAY: Our approaching storm system will bring slight storm chances for the afternoon, moving from west to east. But our biggest issue is going to be the wind: gusts could be 40-50 mph in the afternoon, secure those Halloween decorations! Fire danger could still be a bit elevated, but the humidity will be higher. Highs drop into the 70s and 80s.
SUNDAY: A cold start with temperatures in the 30s and low 40s. Mos
