A lot appears to be working against West Virginia leading into the Mountaineers’ Friday night matchup with No. 23 BYU at LaVelle Edwards Stadium.

West Virginia will have its third starting quarterback in as many games for the 10:30 p.m. contest that will be televised on ESPN. The Mountaineers (2-3, 0-2) have been soundly defeated in each of their first two games in Big 12 play, producing only three first-half points.
