It’s back! And it’s right around the corner.
Officials recently announced that there will be a Barrington Day of Caring this month; the event is planned for Monday, Oct. 13.
That news followed some uncertainty. A little more than a month ago, officials said they would take a one-year break with the Barrington Day of Caring. That drew a response from Rev. Patrick Notley, who serves on the Day of Caring planning team. A short time later, town officials said they were revisiting the idea for the hiatus.
Last week, Barrington announced the Day of Caring was back on.
