LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- The Las Vegas “Fabulous 5-Day Sale” is over, and officials are touting high internet traffic as they continue to calculate the financial impact.

On Thursday, the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) released the marketing results of a weeklong sale offering discounts and deals. High website referrals, traffic, and social mentions of the deals indicated a successful campaign, according to Kate Wik, the LVCVA Chief Marketing Officer.

“We are thrilled with the success of The Fabulous 5-Day Sale.
