APS to host a more than a dozen public meetings in October on proposed consolidations, redistricting

Atlanta Public Schools (APS) will hold more than a dozen public meetings Oct. 6-8 concerning potential school closures, consolidations, expansions, and redistricting.

APS said in a press release that the next set of community meetings would focus on more specific conversations around impacted schools. The full list of locations and times is available here.

APS has released a series of “refined scenarios” for its long-range plan, APS Forward 2040. These scenarios can be viewed at this link or below.
