Oklahoma State athletic director Chad Weiberg described a search process that will move quickly after the season ends but will be carefully prepared now. The OSU A.D. addressed the situation Monday night on what has typically been the Mike Gundy radio show. With time before the transition, OSU can conduct its due diligence, study the structure of the program, and ensure the next coach inherits an operation that is ready to win immediately in the NIL and transfer portal era.
