COLUMBIA COUNTY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A white-tailed deer has tested positive in Columbia County, per the county's health department. The county has issued a list of tips on how to stay safe from contracting rabies following this positive test, as well as what to do if you believe you have been exposed.
