PAINTSVILLE, Ky. (WYMT) - One Johnson County man was indicted by a federal grand jury for his role in a video voyeurism case.

Henry Ritscher was charged with one count of producing child sexual abuse materials and one count of possessing child sexual abuse materials.

The incident happened on Sept 6. According to a criminal complaint, a 15-year-old girl discovered a video recording of herself where she was nude, which had been taken without her knowledge.

According to the complaint, The video depicted the minor being naked as well as showering and changing her clothes.

The minor had reportedly been staying at Ritscher’s home located at 504 Lincoln Avenue in Paints
