BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Buffalo News will cut its print edition to six days a week beginning Nov. 3, publishing Tuesday through Sunday, Editor-in-Chief Margaret Kenny Giancola announced Friday.
A digital edition will continue to be produced daily, and the newsroom will keep reporting seven days a week.
“We know that some readers who rely on the printed newspaper will not like this change,” Giancola said in a statement. “But we live in a world that has come to embrace digital communication, and this change reflects that reality.”
