Oasis star Bonehead has revealed he has cancer and has announced he's taking a break from the band's huge comeback tour.

The guitarist, whose real name Paul Arthurs, told fans he's 'responding really well to treatment' which meant he was well enough to take part in the first leg of the Oasis reunion . But the 60-year-old has now said he's taking a 'planned break' from the tour for the 'next phase of my care'

In a message on Instagram he wrote: "Early this year I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. The good news is I'm responding really well to treatment, which meant I could be part of this incredible tour.
