CLEVELAND, Ohio - A fugitive wanted on federal drug charges was arrested Friday morning after U.S. marshals found him hiding inside a wall in the attic of a Cleveland home.
The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force found Terrell Sparks, 29, during a search of a residence in the 8300 block of Medina Avenue.
Sparks faces multiple charges, including probation violations stemming from aggravated burglary and assault charges in Cuyahoga County.
He was also accused of conspiracy to distribute cocaine, heroin and fentanyl in federal court in West Virginia.
The charges allege that he sold drugs within 1,000 feet of a playground in Wheeling in June 2024, court records show.
The Drug Enforcement Administration in West Virginia investigated the federal case.
