CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - U.S. Marshals and the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) arrested a man wanted on federal drug charges in Cleveland Friday morning.

According to the release, Marshals arrested 29-year-old Terrell Sparks, who was wanted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Department for probation violation, with underlying charges of aggravated burglary and assault.

Sparks was also wanted on federal charges out of West Virginia for conspiracy to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute cocaine base, heroin, and fentanyl, as well as distribution of cocaine base within 1,000 feet of a protected location, according to the release.

Marshals have been looking for Sparks since August, after investigators learned he may have left West Virginia for Cleveland.
