CLEVELAND — A fugitive wanted on state and federal charges was arrested Thursday after U.S. marshals found him hiding inside the wall of an attic in Cleveland, the U.S. Marshals Service announced.
Terrell Sparks, 29, was wanted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Department for a probation violation tied to aggravated burglary and assault.
He also faced federal charges in the Northern District of West Virginia for conspiracy to distribute cocaine base, heroin and fentanyl, and for distributing cocaine base within 1,000 feet of a protected area. The federal case was investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration in West Virginia.
