KETCHUM, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — The November Election is coming up in a few weeks.

In Ketchum, residents will decide if they want to change the structure of their city’s government.

In 2011, the issue was put to the ballot, and got 43% of the vote, but didn’t pass. 14 years later, the City of Ketchum is once again considering whether to switch from a mayor-council form of government to a council manager form of government.

Despite not passing more than a decade ago, Anne Corrock is trying again for this year’s election, collecting the signatures needed to get it on the ballot.

“The cities and towns throughout the country use the council manager form of government, along with all the ski towns in Colorado and Utah,” Corrock said.
