ROBERT Griffin III was involved in a terrifying car crash with his wife and kids.

The former quarterback was on his way to cover a college football game for Fox Sports.

And the analyst involved in a huge road collision.

He and his wife Grete confirmed nobody was seriously hurt in the accident.

RG3 wrote on X, "Just got in the worst car accident of our lives with my wife and kids in Fort Worth, Texas.

"Scary crash, ricocheted off the highway divider multiple times, blown both front tires.

"Thankful to God that my wife and kids are safe."

Griffin III and his wife have three daughters.

Grete posted a photo of two of their girls in the back of an ambulance.

"Well we didn't make it to Fort Worth," she wrote on Instagram.
